1. Update Device Drivers
- Open Device Manager (Win + X → Device Manager)
- Right-click on suspicious or outdated drivers and select Update driver
- Prioritize chipset, storage, and display drivers
2. Run Memory Diagnostics
- Press Win + R, type mdsched.exe, and press Enter
- Choose Restart now and check for problems
- Let Windows test your RAM for issues
3. Scan for Malware
- Run a full system scan using Windows Defender or a trusted antivirus tool
- Quarantine or remove any detected threats
4. Repair System Files
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator
- Run the following commands to fix corrupt system files:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
5. Perform a System Restore or Clean Boot
- Use System Restore to roll back to a stable configuration
- Alternatively, perform a Clean Boot to isolate third-party services causing the crash
